The opening and setting alone indicate that two more will come along. It's the way of any setting where "x club is at risk of being shut down/disbanded". They almost always get however many are needed to save the club while having whacky adventures along the way, with maybe some drama and character development.

I want to know what's the origin of Purin and why she's annoyed when got called Pudding but doesn't want to introduce herself as Purin.

Purin might be an old nickname by Serufu, and somewhere along the line, called pudding.

It's from "pusher fish", she says so in the second episode, I think, saying something like: "she is always like a puffer fish so 'pudding'"

They really do love pork, and the pig is not that happy with that.

i realized i'm looking forward for new ep of this one rather than spy family every week
well, probably because i was far ahead on the manga and knew what will happen..
anyway, this anime need something like a tearjerking twist or something to make it stand out in my memory like sora yori mo tooi basho.. a meh-slice-of-life anime but there's something making it unforgettable

Why tho

It's cheaper and faster than finding an actually fluent voice actor. Sure there's a decent number around but this isn't something like a major Shonen or Shojo anime, it's a Slice of Life about cute girls being cute in a daily life situation. That means that the people in charge are probably looking to make something decent while spending as little money as possible, while also sticking to a most likely insane work schedule. Heck even major stuff like One Piece has episodes with almost garbage animation (although I've yet to see anything on the level of those final episodes of Shippuuden).
